SANIFLO SANICUBIC GRINDER PUMPS NOW EASIER TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN

CAMBRIDGE, ONTARIO (September 12, 2018) —SANIFLO® Canada, the worldwide leader in macerating toilets and drain-water pumping systems, re-innovates the SANICUBIC®1 and SANICUBIC®2. Several new features increase the ease and efficiency with which the company’s above-floor, packaged grinder systems are installed and maintained, saving plumbing contractors and installers time and money. The SANICUBIC 1 and 2 are designed for both whole home and building applications to install extra bathroom facilities and plumbing fixtures wherever it is most convenient.

What’s new:

·       New IP68 waterproof electrical connector for the remote-control panel

·       New slip system for easy removal of the motor, so no more unclogging the motor discharge pipe

·       New purge system to clean the non-return valves

·       New easy access to the dip tubes for simpler maintenance

The SANICUBIC 1 is a pre-assembled grinder pump system that meets the demanding needs of commercial and residential sewage applications. This high-performance grinding system consists of a fast-rotating blade to reduce solids in the wastewater stream from toilets, tubs and showers, sinks, washing machines, dishwashers, and more. This unit can handle up to 50 gallons per minute and pumps effluent up to 36 feet vertically and/or 328 feet horizontally.  

 The SANICUBIC 2 is a pre-assembled duplex grinder system designed to handle the waste from multiple bathrooms and fixtures throughout a home or building. The system can handle up to 90 gallons per minute from several fixtures, including a toilet, sink, shower, bathtub, washing machine, etc. This heavy-duty duplex grinder features smart-pump technology, which allows two independently operating grinders to work both alternately and simultaneously for absolute reliability and power.

 Both systems are housed in a waterproof enclosure and are IP68 rated for accidentally submergence, which eliminates the potential for water damage to the internal components. Superior grinding technology eliminates clogging issues, which can result in pipe blockages or damage to grinder pumps, sewage ejector pumps and septic pumps, and thus avoids the need for costly repairs.
